Apparently there is a £60 billion deficit in the UK's finances and Jeremy Hunt has commented that ‘We must take decisions of eye-watering difficulty’.

I suggest he focuses the eye watering difficult solutions on the tax rules for the 10k or so richest earners in the UK.

I know you'll be amazed to know that, unlike ordinary tax payers, the rules allow them to pay less tax and national insurance on their income.
