Pew Research recently posted some info on global views on morality. You can find the topline results here.
For the British results the methodology says one can say with 95% confidence that the error attributable to sampling and other random effects is plus or minus 3.3%. The info was collected March 4th to 27th 2013 via telephone surveys of 1012 18+ adults.
By way of interest I have taken the info from the British survey to produce a picture - in descending order - of the % who thought the item described was morally unacceptable
