UK - 61% of local govt money is spent on social care. Privatized social care privatized has profit margins of up to 40%

As a carer, employed through the LA, I receive £13 per hour. A private company receives £21+ for every hour I work to deal with insurance, holiday pay, pension admin. This is inherently WRONG. Care should not involve profit. How much would it cost for LA to deal with my employment?🤔
