so it touches on government, the bigger corporations, diminishing resources, production with toxic materials in so toxic materials out, how real costs are not captured in the price of goods, people’s primary identity as consumers, 99% of what is produced is binned in the USA in 6 months (helped by planned and designed obsolescence), yet happiness is declining, our work/watch/spend treadmill is getting faster and disposing of waste by burning it produces toxins
