a mate of mine who is into computers told me that yesterday a DEC marketer sent a message advertising an upcoming presentation of their new DECSYSTEM-20 computer

he said it was as welcome as a spam sandwich

i don't see why he is making such a big fuss

i mean - its not like the practice of sending out unwanted messages to people via computers is going to grow is it?

mark my words - it will never catch on
